Motorcycle Rally Adds Bikers to Roadways

Highway officials warn motorists to be on the look-out for more than 15,000 bikers in our region, headed to the Kentucky Bike Rally.

The event is set for Thursday through Sunday at the Union County Fairgrounds. KYTC spokesman Keith Todd said he expected the heaviest motorcycle traffic surge on US 60, KY 109, KY 56, KY 91 and Illinois Route 13. He added bikers often cruise back roads while attending the event.
